For the past 30 years, Mr. John D. McCain has operated as an independent businessman. Mr. McCain came to be owner of the ServiceMaster franchise in 2008. He has proven to be unparalleled in skill, knowledge, and character. 

Mr. McCain has been to the White House four times to clean upholstery. Based on the impressive results, he was hired to clean Air Force One three times.

Eondia Brown, Executive Manager/ Account Receivable Manager

Eondia Brown has worked with ServiceMaster by America’s Restoration Service since they opened their doors. She’s familiar with all internal procedures – including calls being received and placed into production – and has mastered general office operations. 

Eondia is also learning the Xactimate process and becoming fluent in the estimating and billing processes. 

She also has experience in inventory management and customer complaint resolution.
